Monthly Meeting
April 7,2024

Meeting Called to order 9:02am
Roll call of Officers: All present except Ron Poulit
Before Minuets were accepted as read a request was made to add the person’s name who is
making a motion to the monthly notes.
Report of Officers:
President: Mike Luciano is stepping down as IT, store and face book, a new person will be need
to run all of the above.
Vice President: Anyone in need of hours please call Gerry or text him please no emails. And he
will arrange the hours for you.
Treasurer: Report Given
Membership: Mike Dennon made Motion made and 2 nd to place the following on the bottom of
the wait list
Rene Moyen, Shawn McCurley, Mathew Levesque, Tyler Coklla, Joseph DiMarzio, James
DiMarizo, Raymond Cardilli, Mathew Foster, Ryan Buttie, Charbel Abounajem. Travis Flint does
not have a clean BCI all charges were dismissed, there is nothing on his record, Jeff Warhall
made a motion to accept Travis and add him to the bottom of the list was seconded.
Secretary: Nothing new I am waiting on a couple rental applications.
Auditors: Progressing
CRO: Ray Mederios Made a motion to allow Lincoln PD the Ranges on 5/13/24 -5/17/24 Range 1
from
And 5/20/24 – 5/24/24 Rifle Range from 8:00am to 4:00pm also on 6/3/24 – 6/5/24 from
8:00-4:00 (for new officers)
After the meeting there will be qualifications for gun ranges there are 2 for indoor/ 3 for
outdoor.
Trap: John there is a work detail after the meeting to load for the trap range.
John made a motion to provide up to 1 case 20g, 12g, for Hunter Safety Program 2 nd and passed.

John also talked about his budget then there was a motion on the floor to accept the budget as
presented to the finance committee. Motion was seconded and passed.
Archery/Jr Archery: Sunday April 21, 2024, 9:00am will be the start of Archery Range Clean
up. The Archery Range will be closed to all until the cleanup is complete. No unauthorized entry,
enter with permission only.
Single Action Shooters: Report Given
High Power: will be Starting this month see Amiee or Steve if interested.
2 nd Amendment/Federated: Report Given
Motion from Jack: Any Guns form the club can not be transported to MA for any reason it was
2 nd and passed.
Kitchen: Progressing
Training: Progressing
Settlers Day: Progressing
Unfinished Old Business: Motion from Mike to donate $1500 to the 2 nd Amendment Coalition
for Witness’s for present and future legal action. 2 nd and passed.
New Business: A motion was made by John for Trap fees to be raised to $4.00 for members
and $5.00 for non-members. Motion was 2 nd and passed.
